The challenge last December…
• -To execute ‘Pivotal’s global chocolate gifting program’ for India employees, when shipment from our overseas office to India was deemed impractical.
• -To identify a chocolatier who could meet our exacting quality, customization, design, hygiene, packaging and ‘on-time’ delivery requirements with some really luscious chocolaty creations.

The journey…
