What is a Shopping Cart? |

An online shopping
cart is similar to the cart you use in physical supermarkets.
You add items that you wish to purchase into it and proceed
to pay for your order. You can add as many items you want
from any of our sections |

TO CART Wherever you see a product, it will have
an Add to Cart button. Clicking this will automatically take
you to your Shopping Cart, with that item on the list. As
you add items, your list will grow. Your item will be listed
as a quantity of one. You may increase the quantity as you
require or you may remove the item at any time. At this point
you have two choices: continue to Shop Online or proceed to
Checkout. |

CHECKOUT We have tried to make the Checkout Process
as simple as possible in easy to follow steps. However, we
do require a significant amount of information from you to
place your order. We will ask such question as your name,
shipping information and billing information, as well as information
about your recipient.Before you begin this process, you may

What does "Tell a Friend"
mean? |

All items at
Jus’Trufs have a "Tell a Friend" option. Using
this, an email is sent to your friend on your behalf, with
a recommendation message. |

My Account"
allows you complete control over your transactions at Jus’Trufs.
Not only can you manage / edit all your personal data like
address, phone numbers, email ids, you can change your user
ids and passwords. You can also track the status of your pending
orders or edit them through this section. We use a secure
password sign-in method that makes it possible for you to
keep track of your current and past orders. |

What are your shipping charges? |

All prices
on the Jus’Trufs website are all inclusive and we do
not levy additional shipping charges within India. |

What about other taxes and
levies like sales tax, octroi etc.? |

All item prices
on the Jus’Trufs website are inclusive of sales tax
(wherever applicable), and hence you need not add anything
to the price of the item to account for sales tax.Some states
in India however have additional levies like octroi. These
are additional and need to be borne by you, wherever applicable.
Within India, we deliver to over 850 locations in the country.

Do you deliver to locations
outside India? |

Yes, we use
international couriers to deliver items ordered on the Jus’Trufs
website to locations all over the world. Due to differential
charges for each country, please select your product and contact
us regarding shipping charges and duration applicable for
the specific location |

What do I do in case I receive
a my item in a damaged/ inedible state ? |

Although we
take utmost care to ensure that every box of chocolates is
packed to ensure that the product reaches the consumer in
a pristine state, on some occasions there are circumstances
beyond our control that may affect the packing or the product.If
an item ordered by you on the Jus’Trufs website is delivered
to you in a damaged / inedible condition, please email us
at customercare@justrufs.com for a free replacement. |

Do you accept international
credit cards on Jus' Trufs? |

Our overseas
customers and Non Resident Indians can use their International
credit cards to make payments for their orders. We accept
all American Express, Diners, MasterCard and Visa credit cards
(Indian and International) and also various Indian and International
debit cards on the store. |

How safe is it to shop online
with a credit card? |

At
Jus’Trufs, it is safe to use your credit card to make
payment for your order.
Jus’Trufs uses the latest
encryption technology to ensure that information is transmitted
from your browser to our servers safely over the Internet
on a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) link. In fact, we have a secure
digital certificate from Verisign Inc., one of the world's
largest secure digital certificates issuing company.
All your personal information
like user name, passwords, credit card number, transaction
history are encrypted so that they cannot be read as it travels
over the Internet.
Further, at Jus’Trufs
we insist on you entering the CVV (Credit Verification Value)
number on your credit card. This is a 3 digit number which
follows your credit card number and is given at the back of
the card. In other words, even if someone has access to your
credit card number alone (this is possible since you leave
behind this number every time you transact with your card
anywhere, including physical stores / outlets), they cannot
use it to transact at Jus’Trufs without the CVV number.
Can I send gifts to my friends and relatives through Jus’Trufs
Gifting at Jus’Trufs is hassle-free with many options
like delivering your gifts with your own personal message
on specific dates and also getting them gift wrapped. |

When you purchase products from Jus’Trufs or register

We are also bound to cooperate fully should a situation arise

will not tell our marketing partners that you purchased a

value that I need to order? |

No. You can order as much or as
little you want from any of our sections. At Jus’Trufs,
we believe that all orders, irrespective of their values are
equally important. |

Can I cancel an order or
change the order after it is placed? |

Yes. An order can be cancelled or
changed within Six hours of placing the order.To cancel an order,
click on the “My Account” link in the top right
of any page on the store. This will take you to your My Account
page, where you can click on the “Track Your Pending Orders”
link to view all the orders that have not yet been fulfilled.
You can then click on the Order Number that you wish to cancel
and then finally click on the “Cancel Your Order”
link available for that order. You cannot cancel orders for
customised /personalized chocolates. |

How do I check the current
status of my orders? |

You
can review the status and other information of all your orders,
whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with Jus’Trufs
To check the status of your
pending orders, click on the “My Account” link
in the top right of any page on our store. This will take
you to your My Account page, where you can click on the “Track
Your Pending Orders” link to view the status of all
orders that have not yet been fully delivered. |

What is the shelf life of
our chocolate? |
| |
Chocolate should be stored in a
well ventilated environment, at room temperature less than 28
degrees Centigrade. Chocolate is best enjoyed at room temperature. |

Our pure
truffles and coffee truffles contain fresh cream and
are best before one week at room temperature.
Should you desire to store
them for a longer period, we would advise you to keep
them refrigerated and they will last upto three months.
For best results do not
forget to bring them out to room temperature before
serving.
Our chocolates with nut
and fruit flavours and slabs have a shelf life of two
months from the date of manufacture.
Can chocolate
be frozen?
We do not recommend freezing
of our chocolates, there will be a subtle change in
flavour.
When will my order
be shipped?
If you request a particular
date for delivery, the order will be shipped to coincide
with the due date. In case of orders where a due date
is not specified, the order is shipped within 3 working
days.
