Back in 1980, as a young student intern at the Taj, Bombay, entrusted with wrapping a mountain of chocolate, something clicked! Post a degree in Hotel Administration and Food Technology at Sophia Bombay, I dabbled in my own chocolate business for 5 years in Bombay, giving it up to raise a family. Ten years down the line, with two young sons ready to begin full-time school, I began experimenting from my home kitchen, in Bangalore, going on to hone my chocolate-making skills internationally and locally, with master chocolatiers. And Jus'Trufs was born. From humble beginnings at home, to a chocolaterie and popular café in our iconic, environment friendly building in Jakkur, North Bangalore, which we moved into, in 2011, we surround ourselves with positive people who lovingly handle different areas of our activities. Our team is what drives us to bring you the very best, everyday! |
